Spurred on by experiences with their aging Mother and after 20 years in private practice, having treated thousands of patients, award winning Occupational Therapist, Katie Flannigan frustrated with her clinical experience of patients abandoning equipment due to poor aesthetics, teamed up with her design-wise sister, Sarah Pizzi and together they established Form Plus Function.

Developed by industry experts, the Form Plus Function range is grounded in the scientific principles of Occupational Therapy, with products complying with both Australian and International Standards.
